Programme Evaluation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join a vibrant Scottish Charity working to promote healthy relationships from generation to generation. This post is initially being funded by a Scottish Government Grant until 31st March 2025. This post will contribute to the vision of Mellow Parenting: “We want every child, wherever they are in the world, to be part of a safe and nurturing family that will allow them and future generations the best possible start in life.”

We need someone who's passionate about using evaluation to make a global difference in parenting, child outcomes and mental health. You should know Qualtrics and Excel, have experience using validated assessments, and the ability to analyse data.

The post holder will be responsible for the Mellow Parenting Evaluation Framework, supporting our trained practitioners with their group evaluations and with their accreditation journey by providing pre and post evaluation links and reports. You will be working collaboratively with our Programme Research Lead and liaising closely.

Programme Research Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join a vibrant Scottish Charity working to promote relationships from generation to generation. This post is being funded by a Scottish Government Grant until 31st March 2025.

The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Qualtrics and Excel, along with proficiency in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative evaluation measures in applied social research and practical settings. It would be beneficial if the candidate has experience in developing research opportunities, conducting literature reviews, and performing statistical analyses using validated assessment tools to gauge mental health and well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving Mellow's evidence base by utilizing routine data, creating new research opportunities, and collaborating with existing and new academic partners. They will disseminate research findings through academic publications, impact reports, and infographics.
